Real Time Tracking Capabilities
Live Shipment Location
The platform uses GPS pings from courier partners to show moving dots on a map. Customers see checkpoints such as pickup, transit hub, and out for delivery.
Push Notifications
Automated messages alert users at each status change, including scan in, departure, and attempted delivery. This reduces manual checking and builds trust.
Transparent Pricing Structure
Base Rates and Addons
Base price depends on weight, zone, and service level. Surcharges apply for fragile items, after hours delivery, and remote areas.
Volume Discounts
Business accounts unlock tiered pricing, contract rates, and consolidated billing. Dedicated account managers help forecast monthly spend.
Technology and Operations
Dispatch Algorithms
Routing engines optimize driver paths using traffic data, package priority, and carrier constraints. This reduces transit time and fuel costs.
Warehouse Integration
Partner facilities use scanning gates and WMS data to confirm receipt and onward movement. Label accuracy is verified before vehicles leave the depot.
Customer Experience Highlights
Self Service Portal
The web interface lets users create shipments, print labels, and upload documents in minutes. Saved preferences speed repeat orders.
Support Channels
Chat, email, and phone support assist with exceptions, address corrections, and invoice queries. Average response times are published in the help center.
FAQ
How do I change the delivery address after booking?
Use the tracking page or customer portal to submit an address update. The courier attempts to redirect the package only if it has not been scanned as delivered.
Can I schedule a pickup for multiple parcels at once?
Yes, the scheduling tool lets you batch several packages with one request. A driver is assigned and a single pickup receipt is generated for your records.
What should I do if the package shows delivered but I cannot find it?
First check with neighbors or building staff using the exact delivery timestamp. Then open an investigation through the portal so support can request proof of delivery.
Are hazardous materials accepted by Sao Express Reality?
Standard services exclude dangerous goods. Specific categories such as batteries or liquids can be handled under specialized packaging and pricing rules.
